Haven't heard of this one. How is it similar to/different from Google's Open Handset Alliance and Android?(http://code.google.com/android/)

Infact, they will kick google's ass. I really hope.
For example:
Nokia's team rejected android: they say we don't want to join a phantom platform.

It's good. Google is just sponsoring fried air ....
